It is a general misconception in people, they think if they don’t eat dessert they don’t eat a lot of sugar. But, the fact is that if you are eating bread, rice, pasta which are packed with carbohydrates and when carbohydrates are broken down in your body they convert into sugar.

It might not be easy, but giving up sweets in their many forms, including artificial sweeteners, could pay dividends in the long run.
